No, Haldia Institute of Dental Sciences and Research offers entrance-based admission to UG and PG courses. For admission in UG courses, the candidates are required to appear for NEET-UG conducted by NTA. For admission in PG courses, the candidates need to appear for NEET-PG conducted by NBEMS. Additionally, candidates are required to fulfil the basic eligibility for admission. The basic eligibility criteria for BDS is to pass Class 10 and Class 12 with 50% in PCB. Further, for admission to MDS, candidates are required to pass BDS degree from a recognised university/institute.
