Can I get direct admission at National Institute of Personnel Management, West Bengal (NIPM)?

<p>The entrance test is also preceded by a merit. Admission to the National Institute of Personnel Management, West Bengal, is through entrance tests along with merit. Even though there is no direct admission for this, there are the following modes through which a candidate can join the institute:<br>The entrance exam: This includes the procedure where an applicant has to undertake an entrance exam as part of his or her selection process.<br>Merit-based selection: Merit assessment in earlier qualifications would be taken for admission.<br>Thus, though direct admission is not available, the chances of a good academic background holder getting into college are much greater, considering their performance in the entrance exam.
