You cannot get direct admission in 2nd year of MCA. You need to start MCA right from first year itself. -
For admission into MCA, you need to clear an entrance exam and fulfill the eligibility criteria after which you'll be getting admitted to the first year of MCA. Completing B.Sc IT is a graduation specialisation that you have achieved. It does not give direct entry to the 2nd year of any Masters course. It goes with the flow: Bsc then MSc and then PhD.
