Can I get direct admission in 3rd year of BA? I did my 12th standard in academic year 2009-2010.

Yes, you can. You are eligible to pursue graduation at any age, but you need to complete your HSC education. You can continue your BA from the same university, but you need to show a valid reason for discontinuing you studies.
