Can I get direct admission in a college for CSE branch in Bangalore or Hyderabad?
I have appeared for JEE and scored 37 rank in (general), 70% in 12th and 59 in PET Maharashtra.

Yes, you can get admission in any below average engineering colleges and there are tons of them at least in Bangalore, Bhopal, NCR. If you want take admission in any average college, you will have to wait till September when the colleges are desperate to fill their seats by hook or crook.
