Eligibility:
Candidate must have passed 10th standard from a recognized board.
or
Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
or
Candidate must have passed from I.T.I / NCTVT.

I am sorry to say but government colleges don't have management quota. you should pass either an exam or you should get high preschool marks it depends on the state you are living. Looking at your score you can not get seat in government college.
