Can I get direct admission in abroad colleges after completing B.Tech in civil engineering?

Just cgpa will not help you need to take TOEFL/IELTS for english proficiency. USA and other countries require GMAT/GRE depending on Your choice of course. -

In my opinion, you should concentrate on your B.Tech score. You should target at least over 8.5 CGPA, then you can prepare yourself for GRE and TOEFL/IELTS for USA.
