Can I get direct admission in Andhra University for the MBA programme?

No, Andhra University does not accept MBA admission in direct mode. Candidates who wish to take admission into the MBA courses at Andhra University must appear for one of the nationallevel entrance exams. Any entrance exam from CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA will be enough for Andhra University MBA admissions as long as the candidates is able to clear the exam with an appropriate rank.

Direct admission for MBA course at Andhra University is not possible. Admission to the MBA programme is done basis various national or state-level entrance exams such as Andhra Pradesh ICET, AU CET, MAT, XAT, CAT and ATMA. Students should appear for one of these exams and score a valid rank. Once students have secured a valid rank in one of the exams, they have to participate in the centralised counseling process conducted by the Andhra Pradesh Council for Higher Education. During the counseling process, students will be able to choose Andhra University as their preferred college and specialization.
