Yes, you can get direct admission in B.Sc-Nursing, because admission for this course are based on class 12th marks. However, admission are based on class 12th merit. Recently some rules are changed. If you want to take admission for B.Sc nursing to have to give the entrance exam. According to that, you'll be able to choose your college. There is no direct admission for B.Sc nursing. Good luck.
