    No, you cannot directly join in for Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) without NEET.

    NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is mandatory for admission into BUMS courses in India as per the regulations set by the Ministry of AYUSH.
