Yes, direct admission in GIBS (GIBS Business School Bangalore) is possible under the management quota, which reserves a fixed percentage of seats (usually around 10%) for such admissions. Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria like minimum academic percentages and, for some courses, entrance exam scores. The process involves contacting the admissions office or counselors and applying under the management quota.

In summary: Yes, direct admission is available through management quota if eligibility criteria are met and seats remain after regular counseling.

Yes, you can get admission in GIBS Business School, Bangalore through a simple and student-friendly process. GIBS follows a fair selection method where you need to meet the basic eligibility—like completing graduation with at least 50% marks and having a score in entrance exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, etc.

If you meet the criteria, you can apply directly to the college, and after that, you will go through a personal interview. GIBS looks at your academics, communication, confidence, and overall personality—not just exam scores.

So yes, you can apply directly, and if you qualify, you can easily get admission at GIBS. The team is very sup

GIBS Bangalore does not offer direct admission to its MBA/PGDM programs without meeting the required criteria. Admission is based on a holistic selection process, which includes performance in entrance exams like CAT, MAT, or other accepted exams, along with an assessment of your academic background, work experience, extracurricular activities, and performance in the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds.

If you have a good score in CAT, MAT, or similar exams, and perform well in the GD and PI rounds, you can secure admission to GIBS. So, while there is no "direct admission" without fulfilling the criteria, GIBS

  • Statement of Purpose
  • Personal Interviews
  • Entrance Exam scores

The accepted exams are MAT, XAT, CAT, CMAT, ATMA, KMAT, etc. but these exams are only the eligibility with the final selection depending on the above.
