IIFT Delhi admission to all the courses (Except for certificate courses, EMBA & MBA) is through an institute-based entrance exam. Moreover, for MBA (IB) and MBA (BA), IIFT Delhi admission will be through the Common Aptitude Test (CAT) from 2024. IIFT will shortlist candidates for MBA (IB and BA) programmes based on CAT scores from the 2024 admission year. Earlier admission was through the IIFT exam. For other courses, such as MA and PhD, the institute shall continue to conduct entrance exams. Only the candidates shortlisted based on the accepted exam score become eligible for participation in the next selection round.

Candidates can contact the IIFT Delhi admission office to confirm whether admission is accepted directly through the Management quota or not. This can be confirmed by officials only. Candidates will have to meet the minimum eligibility criteria even in case of direct admissions or any other criterion prescribed by the institute. Aspirants can also visit the IIFT Delhi official website for more information.
