Can I get direct admission in IIIT Lucknow?

No, direct admissions to its courses are not available in IIIT Lucknow. It gives admissions through entrance exams and counseling procedures. For B.Tech, candidates need to clear the JEE Main and appear for JoSAA counseling. GATE scores and counseling through CCMT or CCMN is mandatory for M.Tech and MSc aspirants. CUET PG scores are taken into consideration, followed by an interview for MBA aspirants. Admissions to the course of PG Diploma shall be strictly on merit, provided that eligibility conditions are satisfied.

The candidates are selected through national-level examinations conducted by different authorities. IIT Lucknow is famous for its BTech in Computer Science & Engineering and BTech in Artificial Intelligence. Currently, IIIT Lucknow offers UG, PG, PGD, and doctoral programmes, such as BTech, MTech, MBA (Digital Business), postgraduate diplomas, and Ph.D. in IT, CS, CSAI, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Language domains. JEE Main, GATE, IIT JAM, etc., are a few national-level exams accepted by IIIT Lucknow for admission to its UG and PG courses followed by counseling process.

IIIT Lucknow does't provide direct admission to its offered programme. Candidates must qualify the course wise entrance exam for admision. For BTech programme, candiates must apply for JEE Main and apply via the JoSAA counseling. For MTech/MSc candidates must apply for GATE and apply via CCMT and CCMN counseling. For, the MBA candidates must apply via the CUET PG. And for PG Diploma it is merit basis. Candiates must also qualify the eligibility criteria of IIIT Lucknow.
