Yes you can enrol for BBA + MBA combined degree program.

No , you should posses at least a graduation for getting admission into MBA. But there are integrated BBA +MBA courses. In this system, after 3 years of successful completion, candidates are awarded BBA degree and those who continued the course and pass the exam successfully ,will award MBA degree.
