You can but the way is through management quota. In this case, you have to pay higher than others to get a seat. I will suggest you give KCET and JEE Mains and score well in them. If you have not given these exams, only then go for management quota to take admission. -

Yes, you can take admission in MS RAMAIAH by this following way:
1). Score good rank in KCET and get it with low fee,
2). Score enough rank in JEE Mains and 12th, you can get this college.

Hi.
If you apply with JEE Main scores, CU primarily considers your JEE Main percentile / AIR for admission.
12th marks are generally secondary in this case — mostly used for eligibility criteria (like minimum 50–60% in PCM or aggregate, depending on branch).

If your 12th result has not been announced yet then

Hi.
AIIMS is primarily a medical college/university (undergraduate, postgraduate, super-speciality, etc.) + a hospital.
Its courses begin after Class 12 — i.e. you must have completed 12th standard (10+2) to be eligible for entry into courses like MBBS, B.Sc., etc.
The official course list of AIIMS includes medical and allied health degrees — not school-level classes (11th / 12th) as per its academic catalogue.
Thus, AIIMS itself does not run 11th and 12th standard as a school.
