    Yes, you can get direct admission to a PGDM in HR programme without an entrance exam at some colleges in India. These colleges admit students based on merit. Below mentioned is the eligibility criteria for admission in PGDM in HRM without entrance exam:

    • The candidate must have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university or institute 
    • The candidate must have secured at least 50% aggregate in graduation 
    • The candidate must be at least 17 years of age
