Eligibility for B.B.A. LL.B. at Mody University
In regular course:
A 50% aggregate in C.B.S.E or its equivalent and adequate proficiency in English is compulsory. Candidates who have appeared for Common Law Admission Test will be given preference. Admissions are based on merits.
In lateral Entry:
Lateral entry is permitted up to the third year as per BCI norms. However, the decision of the University shall be final in this regard.
As per the course structure of B.B.A. LL.B, an internship of 20 weeks during the five years period is compulsory for all students. It can be done within courts, assisting Advocates, NGOs, Administrative Authoriti...more -
You have to pursue 1st year again. If it's a transfer case, then you can take admission in 2nd year else not.
