Can I get direct admission in the 2nd-year of B.Tech in computer engineering?

After your 10, if you had written polytechnic and done your diploma then you can give your ECET exam which will directly take you to 2 year B.Tech at engineering colleges else you cannot go directly to engineering 2 year hope this cleared up. Good luck.

If you are Diploma holder in Engineering from a Polytechnic or B.Sc PCM then you are eligible for seeking lateral entry admission in 2nd year of Engineering.
