Can I get direct admission in the second year of B.E or B.Tech in aeronautical engineering after completing my Diploma in extc?

i mean i m from Maharashtra and wanna do b.e./ b.tech in aeronautical engineering outside Maharashtra most probably in south indian colleges as they r better. So how can i get admission to direct second year aeronautical engineering. What's the procedure
