Hi there, For enrolling in B.Tech.(Civil Engineering (CE) programme , you need to qualify LPUNEST test. It articulates the concepts from basic science to technology through lab practice and projects to gain knowledge in areas like Structural, Environmental, Highway Engineering, Construction Management which are in sync with industry expectations.

The eligibility criteria is - Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.
For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium or an equivalent subject.

Moreover, the programme fees per semester is 140000 INR, without any scholarship. It will be reduced after qualify test. You will get scholarship after qualify test , on the basis of your performance and it will remain applicable till the duration of course. The programme specific outcomes are as follows -

Engineering Knowledge : Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and an engineering specialization to the solution of complex engineering problems.
Problem Analysis : Identify, formulate, review research literature, and analyse complex engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences and engineering sciences.
Design/Development of Solutions : Design solutions for complex engineering problems and design system components or processes that meet the specified needs with appropriate consideration for the public health and safety, and the cultural, societal, and environmental considerations.
Conduct investigations of complex problems : Use research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions.

Hi dear yes there are few programs in which you can get direct admission on the basis of your prior education, including BCA, BBA, B.Com, B.A., BFA, and more. The LPUNEST exam is required for some additional programs, including engineering, management, agriculture, and design.
