No, admission to all the courses offered by Allahabad University are entrance exams based. Allahabad University UG admissions except B.Tech are done based on marks scored in CUET. For Allahabad University B.Tech admission, candidates are shortlisted based on JEE Main. Allahabad University PG admissions except M.Tech are offered on the basis of the entrance exam - PGAT conducted by the university. The GATE scores are accepted for Allahabad University admission to M.Tech programmes. For admission to Ph.D. programmes, candidates have to appear for CRET conducted by the university.
