No you can't get direct admission to LLM at MNLU Mumbai.

Admission to the course is strictly on the basis of candidates’ performance on CLAT. Candidates need to register themselves on the official site of CLAT. The total intake capacity to B.A.LL.B programme is 100 out of which there are 20 supernumerary seats under Foreign National / NRI / NRI Sponsored category and remaining 2 seats are for Jammu & Kashmir permanent residents

No, you cannot get direct admission for LLM at MNLU Mumbai. For admission purpose you need give CLAT- Common Law Admission Test which is applicable to some what 22 universities in India and for CLAT also your 12th grades matters and once you got a good grades and if you clear the CLAT exam then you will be doing the other admission steps further and then you will easily get your seats.
