No, there is not provision of direct admission to M.Tech at NIT Trichy. Aspirants must appear and qualify for GATE exam with a valid score. Other than this, candidates must pass graduation with minimum 60% aggregate in order to apply for this course. The final seat allocation is done through CCMT Co
