Direct admission to Tamil Nadu College of Engineering (TCE) happens in some cases, mostly if it is management quota seats; students are exempted to undergo the usual counseling or TNEA. However, Eligibility criteria remain the same, for passing Class 12 with minimum marks in relevant subjects.
