Can I get direct admission without CUET?
I have just passed 12th with 82%.

Yup, totally possible. CUET is a must for most govt colleges (especially in Delhi), but tons of private colleges and some state ones do their own thing; either 12th marks or their own entrance tests. If you're not into the CUET grind, go private or minority institutions. Plenty of options.
