Can I get direct second year admission after completing my Diploma? Where can I get the cutoff for lateral B.Tech?

Hello Sanket,
DTE of each state would be controlling admission process of lateral entry. In Maharashtra, it's online. Admissions are granted based on marks obtained in Diploma.
