Can I get direct second year admission for degree in civil in UAE? I have completed Diploma in civil engineering.

Hi Saif,
Very rarely do foreign universities accept lateral entry into second year. You must write to the universities and check directly with them if you can be eligible for second year admission. They will evaluate your grades and credit points as per their norms.
