Can I get domicile as I am from Karnataka? If yes, then how many marks should I acquire in JEE Mains?

Yes, you will get domicile, but I am not sure about marks as you haven't mentioned any stream.

You should have a domicile of Karnataka as you are the resident here. Any college won't provide you with domicile.
Domicile is provided by the State government. Now if you want to acquire a seat in mechanical engineering in NIT-K your rank should range from 5000 to 10000 (general category) and the cutoff marks vary every year.
