Yes, you can get a integrated degree of B.Tech + MBA in IITs or NITs.
There are various IITs and NITs offering B.Tech and MBA 5 years integrated programs and such IITs are IIT madras, jodhpur, kanpur and such NITs are Jalandhar and jamshedpur.
