Is there a possibility to get a degree in B.Tech and MBA simultaneously in NITs or IITs like NIT rourkela.

Yes, you can get an integrated degree of B.Tech + MBA in IITs or NITs.
There are various IITs and NITs offering B.Tech and MBA 5-year integrated programs and such IITs are IIT Madras, Jodhpur, Kanpur and such NITs are Jalandhar and Jamshedpur.
