Can I get ECE and MCE in DTU or NSIT with 19687 rank in JEE Mains as I belong to Delhi (general category)?

Hi, Now, it's difficult to say that you will get ECE or MCE until the last round. However, you may get it in internal sliding or spot round if you are lucky enough.
