Can I get ECE branch as my JEE Mains percentile is 69.3385 and I am SC candidate? I have just given 12th this year.

    The last year highest closing rank in ECE branch at BIT Mesra in first 7 rounds in your category was 12349 under HS quota. While in special two rounds its goes up to 166101. Hence, your chances are very low.
