Can I get ECE branch with 7884 general rank and 1390 general women rank? Is it worth to join KIIT?

First of all its not ECE, its ETC in KIIT and YES for sure you will get the ETC branch with rank of 7884 or women rank of 1390. ETC stands for Electronic and telecommunication which includes radar ,optical fibre,mobile communication etc etc.
