As per the previous year cut-off, you can get many NIT colleges. Some of them are:
For CSE Branch:
NIT Sikkim
NIT Meghalaya
NIT Mizoram
NIT Arunachal Pradesh
NIT Srinagar
NIT Puducherry
NIT Goa
For ECE branch, all of the above colleges.
NIT Uttarakhand
NIT Silchar
NIT Raipur
NIT Calicut
NIT Delhi.
