Can I get ECE or CSE seat in RVRandJC COLLEGE?
I got 25087 rank in my eamcet examination and I belong to bc-b So please clarify my doubt.

No, you won't get a seat in RVRJC in CSE and ECE. It is better to choose other groups like mechanical or EEE.
