Can I get ECE or EEE at MSRIT, RVCE or BMSCE on the rank of 6371 in round 2 or 3 under COMEDK?

Hi there!
with a rank of 6371 you will get ECE or EEE in 2nd or 3rd round at BMSCE, Bangalore but you will not get the same in MSRIT or RVCE. Hope you got your answer. Thanks & Regards, Rajdeep Sinha.
