    Yes, there are chances to get NIT,Warangal. You can try for EE branch.

    You will get civil branch in NITW. Civil, chemical, metallurgy and biotechnology branches, you will get In NITW. Chances are low to get mechanical.

    Its possible that you might actually get EEE in NITW as the closing rank was around 3000 only last time.
