Can I get EEE in NIT, Warangal with open rank 13422 in JEE Mains 2017 under home state quota?

With this rank, you can get chemical or metallurgy or biotechnology
but if you belong to SC or ST then you have a chance to get EEE. -
According to last year cut-off, EEE closes around 4000 (open rank). -
Getting EEE at NIT, Warangal with 13422 rank in JEE Main is difficult. I think you can get civil or try for mechanical if you have a category like SC/ST. Then you can get EEE very easily.
