Can I get EEE or civil in SASTRA University 4th round counseling? I got 5135 SASTRA rank for stream 1 and 4930 rank for stream 2.

Your chances are very low or nil only. The seats for the second round counselling are updated at www.sastra.edu where only few seats were left especially for EEE and civil. Right now there are no updates regarding the seats at Thanjavur campus means that the seats have been filled.
Even if he seats are left they will be filled by lateral entry.
