Can i get electrical branch in MNIT? My jee mains score is 90 & 91.00% in 12th.SC Category.

Yeah, I think you can get electrical branch as one of my friend got it with 90% in boards and 94 marks in jee main. He also belonged to SC category. Moreover you can visit the website www.csab.nic.in for rank cut offs for different branches of MNIT.
