Can I get electrical engineering in a government college with 5000 SC category rank in WBJEE but only have 37 marks in maths?

My WBJEE rank is 5000 sc category,I like most agriculture engineering.but I have 60% marks in physics, chemistry and 66% marks in biology. Sir, please help me in this critical situation. And, send this answer to my email address.

    Heritage Institute of Technology
    Haldia Institute of Technology
    Narula Institute of Technology

    Sorry to say but your SC category rank is too high. It will not consider for admission in any govt. college under WBJEE.
    At this rank, you will get electrical engineering in:
    Heritage Institute of Technology
    Haldia Institute of Technology
    Narula Institute of Technology
    Academy of Technology
