From the view of last year closing ranks, I think you cannot get the mechanical or electrical branch in NIT-Patna and it is also hardly possible in NIT Sikkim. If your home state is Sikkim then you may get. For more queries, visit the link: http://josaa.nic.in/Result2016/result/OpeningClosingRank.
