Trupti try in private universities. Most of the private universities have min.criteria of 50% in 12th with their own tests or they prepare merit list. So, you can hope of getting admission in any one of the private universities, with or without test.
You have to pay the normal fee applicable to all students.

YES. Payments seats in Most top colleges. Try South Indian Colleges. Better companies go there for campus placement. Of course you can also try outside India. You can even do MBBS there.
