Can I get English proficiency score waiver at Oregon State University?

Oregon State University's admission requirements for international students comprise of proof of proficiency in the English language as a major entry requirement. However, overseas applicants can secure an admission in OSU without IELTS/TOEFL/DET score if they meet at least one of the criteria listed below:
- Oregon6 score: 560 (Evidence based reading/writing);
- ACT score: 21;
- IB Diploma: Language and Literature HL with a minimum score of 5;
- AP English: Language and Composition with a minimum score of 3;
