According to last year's cut off, OBC rank 611 got the last seat of Fashion Design department in NIFT, Delhi and OBC rank 961 got the last seat of Fashion Communication department in NIFT, Mumbai. So with an OBC rank 612, you can try for FC but it will be tough for FD. -
I'm sorry to say, but with this rank, you wouldn't get any course in NIFT-Mumbai since Mumbai campus is one of the top campuses of NIFT. You can anyway sit for the counselling session and you may get any other campus.

For admission to its BFTech course, NIFT Patna accepts the exam scores of the NIFT Entrance Exam conducted by NIFT. The NIFT entrance exam for BFTech admission comprises two sections of the General Ability Test (GAT): GAT (Section A) and GAT (Section B). These sections hold 30% and 70% weightage, respectively.
