Can I get fee waiver seat in UPTU college? My open rank is 1527 and general girls rank is 192 in LEET.
I passed 3 years Diploma in CSE. My family income is less than 1 lac/year.

It may be late answering to you. But yes, you are eligible for fee waiver. It may be a private college like AKGEC, KIET, etc. -
In LEET, fee waiver option is not available.
