Can I get free seat in the best college if I get a good cut-off ranking in JEE advanced?

JEE Advanced Cutoff 2018- IIT Kanpur has released the extended merit list for qualified candidates on June 14th. The authorities released the qualifying JEE Advanced 2018 cutoff along with the result on June 10th.
