GEEE is not hard to pass. You just need to know your basic course material which you have studied in 11th and 12th grade. You can clear it easily and yes, you can get admission. Do apply.
Galgotias University conducts GMAT for admission in MBA courses. If you have appeared for MAT 2018, then you can show that as supporting documents.
