Can I get good colleges with 80000-90000 rank?

At 83 marks in jee main you wont get 80000-90000 rank, but you will get rank around 200000

Sure.
As even you know JEE is not the end of the road. Apply to good private institutions also like Amity, Thapar, BIT, OP Jindal University - Raigarh etc. Pre register early and you may get admission in next couple of months
