    You can go for an MTech. Actually there are more jobs in popular streams .Just check some good college sites for details of placements: SRM, LPU, RV etc.

    Petroleum Engineering is one of the top paid engineering branches. Job prospects are quite good in this field. You can pursue M.tech in specializations like M.Tech Petroleum Exploration, M.Tech Pipeline Engineering or M.Tech Chemical Engineering with specialization in Process Design Engineering.
