can i get good job if i have Diploma in CS (65% final)+B.tech in CS

(confusion- my friend were telling me that, if you don't have your 12th then you cant able to get good job in future) i think this is wrong ..but need to clarify from you all. I did my diploma as 10th base + lateral regular b.tech.

If you are interested in public sector try for GATE through which you can enter public sector companies , & to increase you employment status join various certificate courses like hardware networking , SAP & various short term courses...
